Partnership with the Associação Portuguesa dos Enfermeiros Obstetras - the Portugues Association of Midwives

We are pleased to announce that the Portuguese Association of Midwives (APEO) (Associação Portuguesa dos Enfermeiros Obstetras) is the 14th European Midwives Association that has entered into a collaborative agreement with European Publishing to provide their auspices to the European Journal of Midwifery. The aim of the national society is to promote the quality and accessibility of health care for women and newborns, and support the autonomy and quality of care of Portuguese Nurses Specialized in maternal and Obstetric Health, representing them nationally and internationally. This partnership facilitates the dissemination of knowledge and best practices between the Portuguese Association of Midwives (APEO) and the international audience reached by the European Journal of Midwifery.
